Overview
American Atomics holds an exclusive option to acquire 100% of the uranium and vanadium assets currently held by UR Energy LLC across the Colorado Plateau. These include 156 lode claims concentrated in historic production corridors in Montrose and San Miguel Counties, Colorado, encompassing historical resources with significant exploration upside. Historical resource estimates in all categories (NI43-101 non-compliant) showed the following:
- Uranium: 1.94 million lbs U₃O₈
- Vanadium: 8.02 million lbs V₂O₅
- Uranium Grades: 0.16% – 0.25%
- Vanadium Grades: 0.50% – 0.93%

Wray Mesa Project
Located in Montrose County near the Utah border, Wray Mesa hosts both historic production and modern drilling. A non-compliant historic technical report (2013, P. Geol., Anthony R. Adkins, LLC) estimated:
● Indicated Resource: 271,000 lbs @ 0.16% eU₃O₈
● Inferred Resource: 169,000 lbs @ 0.15% eU₃O₈
● Vanadium (V:U ratio ~6:1): 2.64 million lbs estimated, up to 0.95% avg. gradeWray-Mesa-43-101-Report
Willhunt Property
Just northeast of the Slick Rock District, Willhunt includes historic intercepts and production history. Historic measured and indicated estimates (non-compliant 2008 technical report, Peters Geoscience, P. Geol.) were generated using polygonal methods, based on 100-ft drill spacing and historical maps Willhunt 43-101.
