Our mission is to establish a domestic supply of advanced nuclear fuel, including High-Assay Low-Enriched Uranium (HALEU), that is secure, scalable, and independent of Russian or Chinese control. This project represents the downstream core of our “Rocks to Reactors™” strategy — turning raw uranium mined in North America into fuel for the next generation of reactors.
American Atomics has also entered a strategic joint venture with CVMR Inc. to build the first fully modular, vertically integrated uranium mill in North America.

This is not a research project.

This is an industrial buildout.

Our milling JV partner, CVMR Inc brings decades of expertise in metal refining, including extensive work with the U.S. Department of Energy and Department of Defense.
