Blue Streak Project

Nuvemco Project

Overview

LOCATION: Montrose County, Colorado
STAGE: Exploration & Development
RESOURCES: Uranium (U₃O₈), Vanadium (V₂O₅)
OWNERSHIP: 49% (via aquisition) With Option For 100%

The Blue Streak Project lies in the heart of Colorado’s prolific Uravan Mineral Belt, a historically productive uranium-vanadium district with over a century of mining pedigree. Encompassing approximately 919 acres within Nuvemco’s Bull Canyon claim block, the Blue Streak Project consolidates multiple past-producing mines including the Pickett Corral, Blue Streak, Upper Blue Streak, and Zebra Mines.

The Company has a permit for drilling and underground bulk sampling, and is being transitioned to the DMO. Prior operators extracted ore from three primary horizons in the Salt Wash Member of the Morrison Formation, known for high-grade, shallow, and easily processed uranium-vanadium deposits.

Nuvemco Project

Overview

  • A 2020 NI 43-101 Technical Report by Geocav Consulting estimates a total of 75,000 lbs of U₃O₈ (Measured + Indicated) and an additional 369,000 lbs (Inferred), along with vanadium resources calculated using a historically validated 6.7:1 V:U ratio, totaling over 2.9 million lbs of V₂O₅43 101 Blue Steak Project.

  • In 2009, Nuvemco conducted a bulk sampling campaign and successfully processed 480 tons of ore at Energy Fuels’ White Mesa Mill, validating the metallurgical compatibility of the material for conventional processing.

  • We are transitioning the project to a Designated Mining Operation (DMO). With stable underground conditions, known ore remaining in stopes, and a historic production footprint, Blue Streak represents one of the fastest restart-ready uranium projects in the Colorado Plateau.
