Nuvemco
(Colorado, USA)
The backbone of our domestic feedstock supply. American Atomics holds a 49% interest in the Blue Streak and associated uranium projects — located in the Colorado Plateau. These are permitted, development ready assets with proximity to infrastructure and strong production potential.
UR-Energy Acquisition
(Colorado, USA)
A portfolio of legacy uranium assets with defined resources and scalable potential. American Atomics is in the process of acquiring a basket of uranium claims from UR-Energy, spanning multiple historical districts across Colorado. These assets include known resources and legacy data, positioning them for near-term advancement and future integration into our conversion and enrichment stream.
A cornerstone of our Rocks to Reactors™ vision.
American Atomics intends to develop North America’s first modular, fully integrated uranium conversion and enrichment platform.
- Conversion: Using next generation vapor metallurgy to produce UF₆ and HALEU precursors from domestic ore.
- Enrichment: Targeting HALEU production for next-generation reactors and U.S. defense supply chains via under development laser enrichment technology.
kenora
(Ontario, Canada)
A long-term exploration target in one of Canada’s most promising underexplored uranium belts. Kenora offers district-scale potential, with historical showings and favorable structural geology in a politically stable, mining-friendly jurisdiction.
